ACAS - an employer's guide to mediation

In addition to the recently published draft Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, ACAS (in conjunction with the CIPD) has also published an employer’s guide to mediation.

Mediation will play a key role in the determination of workplace disputes from April 2009. As such, this is an important guide to good practice and is essential readings for all businesses prior to April 2009.
