Prior to establishing mpm legal LLP, Mark Minns was a partner in the Employment, Industrial Relations and Employee Benefits team at Manches LLP, a leading commercial law firm with offices in London, Reading and Oxford.

Mark Minns has a wide range of experience in advising businesses on employment law issues and has acted for large and small businesses in a wide range of sectors such as IT, Publishing, Motor, Travel, Construction, Charity, Legal and Finance. In addition, Mark Minns has advised on the defence of numerous Employment Tribunal claims, business protection issues and the steps that businesses may take to manage the risks associated with departing employees.

Mark Minns is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and sits on the Oxford branch committee of the Thames Valley CIPD group.
