A simple employer contract to be used in the employment of part-time junior, administrative or non-strategic staff. This is the type of contract that would be suitable in the employment of part-time employees that provide services to the business at a basic level. For example, a part-time receptionist or security guard could be employed using this employer contract.As an employer you are required to provide an employee with written details of their employment terms, even where that employee is employed at a very junior level, and works for only a few hours per week. Should you fail to do so, you risk an award of compensation being made against you.
