The premium contracts of employment are more detailed, including optional provisions that are not included in the other types. The basic contracts are designed for ease-of-use, and therefore have only limited optional provisions.
Note: the employer-employee relationship is heavily regulated. All our contracts of employment have been drafted to take account of the regulatory environment in England and Wales.
